"I am so impressed and thankful for how much Pam's help as my Life Coach has positively impacted so many areas of my life. Her variety of exercises/techniques helped me determine and prioritize goals. Also, with ADD, I struggle with focus, clarity and time management. She helped me with these obstacles. Her positive attitude and energy are contagious."

- Savi, educational therapist

"I have always been skeptical about life coaching. I guess I was one of those people who thought it was a waste of time and I could talk to anyone or read a book. Oh, how I was mistaken!

Pam not only has a set of tools that she has clearly honed, but a genuine desire to help and see people improve in all areas of their lives. Those aren't things everyone has and you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who has both. Pam helps you realize and take control of aspects of yourself in such a simple way and I can say that the sessions with her have helped me learn about myself and given me confidence in moving forward with goals important to me.

I highly recommend and appreciate what she does."

-F.A., teacher

"Pam has brought a whole new level of awareness to not just the Law of Attraction, but also to the seven essential laws of the Universe. Every session with Pam brings new "a-ha" moments that I have been able to apply to my life in a much for effective manner. Pam is personable, a joy to work with, and genuinely loves what she does in her coaching practice. I am ever so grateful to have found Pam and highly recommend you take advantage of her many gifts and talents.

You will not be disappointed!"

"What I appreciate most about Pam is that when the subject of breaking negative thinking patterns came up she would not just tell me how important or possible it was to change my thoughts she would actually give me METHODS. Anytime that I had metaphorically cornered her with one of my famous HOW questions that I was sure she wouldn't know how to respond to, she always did and quite eloquently and on point. For me, this built trust and showed authenticity. She's a genuine human being whose true concern comes across with her every word. More than once I walked away from one of our sessions thinking with awe, 'I actually believe she BELIEVES in me'. Which of course, is the gateway to believing in ourselves."

-Lisa, nanny

"Having Pam as a life coach helps me to achieve my goals at an accelerated rate. The limits I used to place on myself are quickly disappearing, and I feel deserving of my dreams. Whenever I stray from my path, Pam is there to gently guide me back to it. Negative habits and thought patterns don't last long, because she teaches me incredibly helpful tools that I can easily take into my life. Whenever I feel stuck, my next coaching session pulls me right back up. By the time I reach the end of our sessions, I feel like I'm ready to conquer my life; the possibilities are endless."

-Heather, yoga and meditation teacher

"I can say with confidence that my conversation with you was a positive influence on 'getting back up on the horse'. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you."

-A.R., real estate agent

"I am a very skeptical person regarding trying to find answers to my issues outside my family. However I decided to book a couple of sessions with Pam and I am really glad I did. I love Pam’s use of the “Socratic Method” in order to find the answer to my issues. I have the answers, I just need someone to ask the right question and for that you can count on Pam, she always delivers."

-Gloria G., parent

"Pam has really helped me with her life coaching. She asks pertinent questions and listens closely to each response. She is extremely knowledgeable and often shares personal experiences which always puts one at ease and you never feel judged. She is ALWAYS professional and CARING. You can tell she values you as a person, and wants to provide each individual with beneficial tools. Pam provided techniques to assist me with deep breathing as well as other exercises to get and remain focused. She also helped me organize tasks which lessened my feelings of being overwhelmed and anxious. This has provided me with useful procedures to reduce my stress level. Pam has a positive attitude which automatically helps you feel better just hearing her voice. Pam, you are a VERY SPECIAL person, and I thank you SO MUCH for ALL you have already done for me."

-VJ, retired school administrator

"A life coach? But I've already gone through countless hours of therapy. How could this be different?

I was a little naive to what a "life coach" was or even what a session would be like. My first meeting with Pam was a turning point for me because she gave me the space to ask myself "What do I want?" and really helped me dance with the fact that I wasn't sure of the answer.

After losing my parents and stepmom all within the same decade and only being 31, I lost myself. I married, moved to a different side of the country, and literally took my place in the desert. Now 37 with my first child and unsure of the direction of my relationship, Pam reminded me that the direction, the oasis, I was really looking for could be accessed in just a few minutes of closing my eyes. I really hadn't been including myself as a member of my own support system.

I'm thankful for her patience, her humility, and her ability to remind me that I deserve the kind of happiness I want. I'm still in the middle of much. We all are, I assume, often. In spite of that, though, she has helped equip me to be a little more prepared for the road I'm on and whatever new one may be ahead. Thank you for that."

-Leeah V., teacher

"Pam is one of THE best life coaches I ever been in contact with.

I am divorced, and I was mourning many losses, and moving on to a new stage of life at a same time. However, as we all know, moving on to the next step is not so easy when the past still bothers us..there was tremendous guilt about the fact that despite our joint custody I let my teenage sons to stay with my ex-husband- becoming weekend mom only. I had to cry just thinking about it.

Pam made me to look at it all with different eyes- was my or my ex-husband's home more stable at that time, what WAS the best for my sons AT THAT TIME..Was I that strongest person at that time. I felt like huge rock fell off my chest, my heart..like I had a hope again..and my live to my children never seized, never will, and they know it.

Living with a guilt is a toughest punishment one can have. Pam helped me to free myself from then to view the world with different eyes. And guess, what? My sons do love their mom, and they do understand. They are fine young men, and I love them dearly, and they do love me, too.

Thank you, Pam, for freeing me from my past. From this constant looking in rear view mirror.

Now I know, there is a new day ahead, beautiful day, past is reconciled, and I am ready for new beginnings.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Pam."

-Ilona, nurse

Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful service to me. You are a great coach and I deeply value the time we spent together, as well as the decisions you’ve helped me make in my life. Prior to our sessions, I felt I was on auto-pilot. I had an idea of what I felt needed to be accomplished but was stuck in the “easy and safe zone”. As the mother of a young man on the spectrum, it is essential for me and my son that goals are thoroughly planned. I also like to consider consequences and scenarios to assist in preparing my son to meet his goals of living independently. Your coaching skills have helped me stay on course and have the courage to push forward. For me, the best way to describe my new founded confidence is “More Intentional and purposeful.

Thank you, I appreciate your coaching skills and expert insight.

"Pam is unassuming and supportive. She listens with an open mind and an open heart. Through the process with her, I got the sense that her greatest desire was to help me achieve my goals."

-DG, HR training coordinator

I would warmheartedly recommend Pam as a coach. She has that quality of understanding me and seeing me in a way that enables me to shake off negative emotions and know that I am doing just fine. Whatever mess or madness I present. She will understand like a friend and support without judgement, but then cut right through it with a sharp exercise that takes you out of your forest and into the light. I have always felt lighter and clearer after her sessions. They are deep and enriching experiences, not easy, and only if I allow, but I feel safe enough to explore and am rewarded. Usually I get a takeaway tool for the week which somehow sticks, at least for some days and it makes me resilient to everyday erosion. It’s hard to describe the gladness of having a good coach, it’s a feeling that there is a track beneath the dirt and your journey has purpose.
